DHL has grown its retail presence from just 12 service points to over 110 in just three years. Working together with NTUC FairPrice’s convenience store arms, FairPrice Xpress and Cheers, DHL offers SMEs ease of international shipping via service points at strategically located branches across Singapore. Walk-in and account customers can use these to deposit outbound international documents and parcels.
“This network of SERVICEPOINTs underscores DHL’s commitment to provide accessibility and convenience to the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) and retail customers,” said Yasmin Aladad Khan, Senior Vice President, DHL Express Southeast Asia.
Singapore’s pro-export environment has seen an increasing interest from local SMEs to export and internationalize especially in the last decade and DHL’s Express Easy, caters especially to walk-in customers and SMEs who want to send packages in the fastest and simplest way.
